Curnte Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, using the Curnte apps, requesting a ride, accepting a trip, driving on the platform, or using related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Curnte services

Curnte provides technology that helps riders request transportation and helps independent drivers receive and manage ride opportunities. Curnte may update, suspend, or change features as needed for safety, compliance, reliability, or business reasons.

Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and must protect your login credentials.
• You may not create accounts using false, misleading, stolen, or unauthorized information.
• Drivers must meet all onboarding, identity, vehicle, license, insurance, safety, and local eligibility requirements before accepting trips.

Acceptable use

• You may not use Curnte for unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful activity.
• You may not interfere with platform security, reverse engineer the apps, scrape data, abuse promotions, manipulate fares, or attempt unauthorized access.
• You may not threaten, assault, harass, discriminate against, endanger, or exploit riders, drivers, Curnte staff, or other people.
• You may not upload false documents, impersonate another person, misrepresent trip details, or submit fraudulent payment or payout information.

Rides, fares, payments, and payouts

Fares, fees, cancellation charges, driver payouts, promotions, and payment timing may vary by market, account status, trip details, and platform rules. Riders are responsible for valid payment methods and charges incurred through their accounts. Drivers are responsible for complying with tax, licensing, insurance, and business obligations related to their earnings.

Subscriptions and purchases

If Curnte offers subscriptions, paid features, or in-app purchases, billing may be handled by Google Play, Apple, or another payment provider. Subscription management, cancellation, refunds, and renewal terms may be controlled by the payment provider in addition to Curnte policies shown at purchase.

Safety and enforcement

Curnte may review account activity, trip reports, payment activity, driver eligibility, and safety reports. We may restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, withhold or reverse suspicious payments where permitted, preserve relevant information, or report activity to authorities when required or appropriate.

User content and communications

You are responsible for messages, ratings, support requests, documents, photos, and other content you provide. You must have the right to submit that content. Curnte may use submitted content to operate the service, provide support, review safety issues, verify accounts, comply with law, and enforce these terms.

Disclaimers

Curnte services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific earnings, specific rider demand, driver arrival times, route accuracy, or that every issue can be prevented. Use of transportation services involves real-world risks, and users must act responsibly and follow applicable laws.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curnte is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, property damage, or losses arising from third-party conduct, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using Curnte at any time and may request account deletion. Curnte may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, fail verification, engage in fraud or abuse, or where required for legal, safety, or operational reasons.

Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as Curnte changes or legal and platform requirements evolve. Continued use of Curnte after updates means you accept the updated terms.
