Delete Your Curnte Account
This page explains how riders and drivers can request deletion of a Curnte account and related personal data.

This account deletion process applies to Curnte Rider, Curnte Driver, and related Curnte services operated by Curnte Technologies.
How to request deletion
- Email support@curnte.com from the email address connected to your Curnte account.
- Use the subject line: Curnte Account Deletion Request.
- Tell us whether the account is a rider account, driver account, or both.
- Include your name and phone number so we can verify the account before deletion.
Important note about uninstalling the app
Deleting or uninstalling the Curnte Rider or Curnte Driver app from your device does not delete your Curnte account or account data. You must request deletion through this page or through any account deletion option available inside the app.
What we delete
- Account profile information that is no longer needed, such as name, email address, phone number, profile details, and account settings.
- Saved app preferences and nonessential account content.
- Personal data that is not required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, safety, payment, dispute, or compliance reasons.
What may be retained
- Trip, payment, payout, receipt, refund, tax, insurance, driver eligibility, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, and compliance records may be retained where necessary.
- Support messages, abuse reports, security logs, and enforcement records may be retained to protect users, investigate misuse, or comply with law.
- Records that must be kept for legal, accounting, tax, insurance, safety, or regulatory reasons may be retained for up to seven years unless a longer period is required by law.
Processing time
We will review and respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying the account. Some data may be deleted immediately, while retained records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer needed for the reasons described above.
Driver account deletion
Driver accounts may require additional verification before deletion because driver onboarding, trip, payout, compliance, and safety records may be connected to legal, tax, insurance, or dispute obligations.
